SDL Benchmark tool updated

The tool for comparing the 2D performance with hundred of sprites has been updated including the new SDL 2.26.4 version (probably the latest version for SDL2 before SDL3 replaces it) with the Direct3D12 backend renderer.

According to the person that took care of the implementation, he was thinking more on potential support for Xbox than a true replacement of the other backends as D3D9 and D3D11.

This can be seen on the performance being slower than D3D11 and a bit faster than D3D9 so in conclusion, although it is a good addition, it is not a ground breaking step. In fact, CRM64Pro will not add support for D3D12 due to this poor performance and will keep D3D11 as the top backend renderer for Windows.

The tool is available here and some results from some Intel, AMD, NVIDIA CPUs and GPUs are included, feel free to run it on your PC and share your results.
